I do not know about the local tea parties but if they stand for conservatism, a way smaller government, less government intrusion into our lives, a lock box on Social Security funds, do away with personal Federal taxes and maybe have a national sales tax so everyone including the illegals end up paying taxes. No illegal should be allowed to hold a job in this country while there is one American who wants a job out there. If you want to freeload, your in the wrong country, leave.

The question is, who will the Central Committee back in these races? And also who has more money/can raise more with fundraising? I am keeping an open mind, and would like to hear from all candidates on the issues. Will there be a debate, do you think? And to clarify, even if you do not like Beth Gaines, and I know you supported Allard against her, those were not lies she used to defeat him, but more like inconvenient truths, to quote the Goracle.

My child attends Cathryn Gates Elementary School in Roseville City School District. They trample over parent’s rights and fail to comply with a lot of district board policy. It’s a problem at the teacher and administrator’s level. The new principal has lead our kids school from a CA Distinguished school to not making Adequate Yearly Progress. Staff is all out to protect themselves. If a parent comes with a concern it is immediate defensiveness about teacher ability as if they are afraid about your concerns about your child -as if you are attacking them and not truly worried about your child. They don’t even stop to think about the kids, just themselves.

Oh, and they intimidate and manipulate parents so they don’t have to deal with “partnering with parents” unless they are requesting donations as part of “partnering in your child’s education”. The district and classroom supply list for one child was over $200 at the beginning of the yr and they request long lists of supplies every month. Makes me wonder where all our taxes are going.

What I know about Doug LaMalfa is that he will be a good Vote in Congress. However, in the district and in internal GOP issues – he will endorse Moderates and Moderate positions a la Kevin McCarthy. (who he is close to)

Mr. Larson is an enigma. Dem Cent Com Member. Gay.

Seems to have a conservative streak on certain issues – on other issues, a vassal of the unions.

He has also had an affinity to endorse Republicans running for office as well… You very well could have Mr. Larson and Mr. Aguilera BOTH in at the same time – definately a bizarre dynamic.
